Not by a long shot. To be fair, however, Obama makes sure not to make himself sound like he’s calling it quits in Iraq. Troops are still scheduled to remain there for quite some time, though bureaucratic and administrative control of security has officially been handed back to the Iraqis, resulting in a celebration by the Iraqi people that will likely come to be known as “Sovereignty Day”.
